Steps to make Landing pages (LP) images work in reposting in Post Affiliates Pro

1) Problems

A) Problem-001 - Logo 100xROI

- When uploading logo in the Theme, Facebook and Linkedin are not working properly

  they show the uploaded logo instead of the Image of a page

  Special coding does not work

- Decission to remove the logo to make PAP work

B) Problem-002 - Size of the posting - ( Ratio 1.91 :1 )

- Special coding like og:image:with & Height do not work

- Changing the coding in Post Affiliate Pro Coding does not work

- Advise of Shogun support, Jill on 13th Nov 2018;

Facebook's recommended proportion for images on shared links is a 1.91:1 ratio, such as 1200x628

Solution;

A) Upload special 1.91:1 Image in <Page Settings> left/top bar of Shogun ( Facebook Image )

# Instantly this image will work in Postings in Post Affiliate Pro for - ( Important is should be first time use )

- Linkedin ( Met Logo werkt Instagram niet )

- Facebook

- Google

B) Use normal Image in site itself ( Instagram )

Below is without special image for ( Facebook / Linkedin / Google )

2) Page - ( LP Made in Shogun ) - No Logo uploaded in Theme !

- No need to put extra image on left side

B) Linked in ( Working )

- It will work fine in Linkedin in approx one minute - ( There is a delay, it does not show up instantly after the page is created )

C) Steps to make it work in Facebook

- Past URL to use in Post Affiliate Pro in https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

- Click Debug

- After 10 Seconds Click "Scrape Again" Button

- Then Correct Image should appear

Tracking Code - EVERY Landing Page used in - Postaffiliatepro

Post Affiliates Pro / Merchant Panel > Tools > Integration > Clicks Tracing

Tracking clicks (referrals)

What is it

Clicks (referral) tracking recognizes which affiliate referred the visitor that came from some URL or clicked on banner link.

Where to put it

You should put this clicks tracking code into EVERY page that will be the target of affiliate links.
The best practice is to put it somewhere into the footer of your page.
If you use good website content management system, this should guarantee that the tracking code will be executed in every page.
